Making Requests
This request portal is intended for The Brokerage Inc. team members who are planning, coordinating, or requesting marketing support for webinars, trainings, workshops, or live events. For workshops and trainings that are a larger initiative, we recommend scheduling a strategy meeting before submitting a request.
Use this form if you need assistance with:
Webinar and in-person event marketing
News or announcements added to The Agent Hub
Pre, during, and post event nurture
Campaign strategies
Relevant training and education workflows
How to Prepare for Webinar & Event Requests
Marketing requests for webinars must be submitted a minimum of 4 weeks in advance of the webinar, while in-person event requests must submitted a minimum of 6 weeks in advance of the event. This timeline is required to provide the team enough time to create the assets and workflows for your event as well as sufficient runway to properly advertise the event.
Before you fill out the form, you will need:
Names and email addresses of all hosts and organizers
Teams link for your webinar
Webinar and event topics and key takeaways
Any content associated with the event, such as presentations, graphics or logos
Attendee management (phone calls, counts etc.) are the responsibility of the requesting party and access to manage your attendees will be sent with form submission.
Please provide as much detail as possible when completing your request.
The Agent Hub
The Agent Hub is where you can make sure agents stay up to date on everything happening in your division. Important notices, deadlines, headlines that can't be missed? Share it here!
Please submit by EOD on Wednesday each week to be a feature in the eNews (two per division). eNews sends on Fridays at 4pm CT.
Complete requests (all information in the original request) will be pushed live within 48 hours on business days of the request.
How it Works
Agents are automatically subscribed to The Brokerage Inc. weekly eNewsletter upon onboarding. During onboarding, agents will be introduced to The Agent Hub, where they can access news and updates at their leisure or subscribe to instant updates to their email inbox. This reduces spam risk when agents who don't want frequent emails.
