Wellcare Opens ConnectOne for PY 2027 Material Ordering Sept. 30

Get your certifications done now, because you can't order without them.

Here's what Wellcare has coming for your agents.

Wellcare is opening ConnectOne to all certified brokers on Wednesday, September 30, 2026 for PY 2027 sales material ordering. If you missed the pre-order window, this is your chance to get in and stock up before AEP.

One catch, and it's the important one: you won't get through the door without your certifications complete.

What You Need to Know

Certifications are a hard gate. All PY 2027 ACT and AHIP or NABIP certifications must be completed before you can use ConnectOne material ordering on September 30. If your certs aren't done, you can't order.

Access is through Single Sign-On. ConnectOne is available through your SSO portal. If you haven't logged into your SSO portal recently, test your credentials before the 30th so you're not troubleshooting a password on the day ordering opens.

Turnaround is 5 to 7 business days. Once your order is placed, expect materials in roughly a week.

Translated materials may take longer. Wellcare has noted that the vendor may still be finishing translated materials when ConnectOne opens, so those orders could run behind the standard turnaround. If you serve Spanish-speaking or other non-English markets, factor that in.

Do the Math on Your Timeline

Order on September 30 with a 5 to 7 business day turnaround, and you're looking at materials in hand somewhere around October 7 to October 9. That lands you ahead of the October 15 AEP start, but not by much.

Order on October 5 instead and you're cutting it close. Wait longer than that and you risk starting AEP without printed materials in hand.

The takeaway: be logged in and ready to order on day one.

Your Action Items Before September 30

Finish your PY 2027 certifications. ACT and AHIP or NABIP. This is the one thing that will lock you out entirely, and it's the one thing that takes the longest to fix if you've put it off.

Verify your Single Sign-On access. Log in, confirm it works, and make sure you can find ConnectOne from the portal.

Know what you need before you order. Have your plan list and material quantities figured out ahead of time so ordering takes minutes instead of an afternoon.

Order translated materials early if you need them. They may be slower, so give them the longest runway you can.
