Wellcare's AEP Toolbox in Broker Connect is designed to be your single starting point for 2027, with the latest guidance, resources, learning paths, benefit updates, and retention tools. Wellcare suggests bookmarking it and using it as your home page for the season.
2027 Readiness Resources
The 2027 Readiness Resources page covers Wellcare's plan offerings, service areas, and marquee benefits, including the Wellcare Spendables® card, SSBCI, Part D updates, and other 2027 enhancements. It includes one-page fact sheets on supplemental and pharmacy benefits, plus FAQs on network updates and supplemental and pharmacy benefits, catalogs, and other agent tools. Supplemental benefit videos and other new resources will be added through the season and into the new plan year, and 2026 resources stay available for the rest of the current plan year.
First Looks: PDP Premiums Now Available
Wellcare First Looks now has 2027 PDP premium information, alongside benefits and coverage details, plan availability by market, copays, and other 2027 plan details. Note that Wellcare PDPs aren't available for broker quoting or enrollment in 2027.
Order Sales Materials on ConnectOne
ConnectOne is open to certified brokers for 2027 material ordering through your Single Sign-On portal. Materials arrive 5 to 7 business days after you order, and translated materials may take a little longer. You need your 2027 ACT and AHIP or NABIP certifications complete to order. The guides below are also in the Helpful Documents drop-down menu inside ConnectOne, and your regional agency manager can help with ordering questions.
