Download/Order UHC's 2027 Plan Highlights Now
Printed orders may run late, but you don't have to wait for them
You've got appointments on the calendar and the Plan Highlights you pre-ordered haven't arrived yet. Walking into a client conversation without them means working from memory or rescheduling, and neither is a good start to AEP.
UnitedHealthcare's new 2027 Plan Highlights, which replaced Enrollment Guides this year, are taking longer to print and ship because of an extended benefit finalization process. The good news is that most of them are expected to be available for download in the Sales Materials Portal beginning October 1, so many of the ones you need should already be there.
Where Your Printed Orders Stand
Some pre-ordered Plan Highlights may arrive later than the October 2 date UHC originally communicated, and UHC expects most pre-orders to arrive by October 15. Orders placed after August 30 may also take longer than usual to be fulfilled because of the delayed release timeline.
Download Them from the Sales Materials Portal
Log in to Jarvis.
Select Sales Tools from the navigation menu.
Click Sales Materials.
Select Sales Materials Portal.
Use the filters to narrow your search by Geography, Year, and Plan Type, then select Plan Highlights as the document type.
Click the download icon next to the plan name, or select the plan name to view and download the Plan Highlight.
If the download option is greyed out, that Plan Highlight isn't available yet and will be added soon. Additional Plan Highlights and Paper Enrollment Packets will continue to be added as they become available, so keep checking the portal.
One Thing to Know Before You Share Them
The QR codes in the Plan Highlights are expected to be active around October 15. If you're sharing them with clients before then, let them know the QR codes may not work yet.
