Get Ready for 2027: MyTruAdvantage Training, Certification & Portal Updates
MyTruAdvantage is preparing agents for the 2027 plan year with important updates to its broker portal, certification process, and upcoming product training opportunities. With AEP approaching, now is the time to make sure you have access to the new portal, complete the required certification steps, and reserve your spot for an upcoming training session.
Agents who plan to market or sell MyTruAdvantage products for 2027 should review the important dates and action items below.
New MyTruAdvantage Broker Portal & 2027 Certification
MyTruAdvantage's new broker portal is now rolling out, and it will become the central location for agent training, certification, book of business information, and eventually commissions.
Your 2027 MyTruAdvantage certification training and quiz will be available through the new portal, making portal access an important first step in getting ready to sell.
As part of the certification process, agents will also be required to upload their 2027 AHIP or NABIP training certificate to the portal.
Broker Portal Training Webinar
If you have not yet attended a broker portal training session, there is one remaining opportunity:

What Else Is Changing?
The new MyTruAdvantage broker portal will continue rolling out in phases:
Now: Agent training and 2027 MyTruAdvantage certification are becoming available.
Late August: Book of business information will move into the new portal. Until then, continue using the current portal for book of business access.
Late September: Commission information will begin moving from Everstage into the new MyTruAdvantage portal.
By October 31: Everstage is expected to be fully sunset.
MyTruAdvantage's 2027 First Look is also scheduled for release the week of August 17, giving agents another important resource as they prepare for the upcoming plan year.
