Clients comparing plans this AEP will ask how MyTruAdvantage is rated, and Medicare's Star Ratings are one of the first things they'll look at. Having the approved 2027 ratings document in hand lets you answer with the official numbers.

MyTruAdvantage's 2027 Star Ratings have been approved for use, and its 2027 plan resources, broker portal tools, and printed materials are ready for AEP.

2027 Plan Information Is Live

The MyTruAdvantage website now has 2027 plan information, including the Evidence of Coverage. Its library of clickable links makes it easy to find what you need and to walk clients through the site themselves. The Provider/Facility Directory has also been updated.

What's New for AEP

Books of Business in EvolveNXT. Your Books of Business are now live in the EvolveNXT broker portal, and commission statements will begin generating there this month. If you run into issues, email Blake Slunaker at [email protected].

Hard-copy Summary of Benefits. Printed copies of the MyTruAdvantage Summary of Benefits are available. Request them from Agent Services.

Hospital marketing schedule. The 2027 AEP Hospital Marketing Schedule is complete, and agents working MyTruAdvantage tables have been emailed their shift days, times, and locations.

Coming soon: 2027 Partner Resource Guide. MyTruAdvantage is finishing its 2027 Partner Resource Guide, covering contracting, onboarding, plan highlights, enrollment steps, and commission details. We'll share it when it's released.

MyTruAdvantage has HMO and PPO plans with a Medicare contract. Enrollment in MyTruAdvantage depends on contract renewal.
