The Brokerage Inc.'s LTC Referral Program gives you a simple way to connect clients and prospects with dedicated LTC Specialists, so they get expert guidance while you stay focused on what you do best.

How the Referral Process Works

You don't need to manage the LTC sales process yourself. Once you submit a referral, The Brokerage Inc.'s LTC team will:

• Connect directly with your client or prospect

• Learn about their needs, goals, and concerns

• Help design an LTC plan tailored to their specific situation

• Guide them through the entire process from start to finish

This means you can confidently address a client's long-term care needs, make the introduction, and let our specialists take it from there.

Who Qualifies for a Referral

To help ensure a smooth referral process and avoid unnecessary follow-up, please do not submit a referral if the prospect meets any of the following:

• Is currently receiving long-term care or home health care, or resides in a nursing home, assisted living facility, or memory care facility

• Has been diagnosed with dementia, Alzheimer's, or significant cognitive impairment

• Is unable to independently perform multiple Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)

• Is currently hospitalized or undergoing active treatment for a serious medical condition

• Has a terminal illness or significantly limited life expectancy

• Has experienced a recent major medical event, such as a stroke, heart attack, or cancer diagnosis

• Is not interested in LTC coverage or has not agreed to be contacted

• Is already actively working with another agent on an LTC application

Keeping these disqualifiers in mind helps ensure referrals move forward smoothly and helps our LTC team focus their outreach where it can make the most impact.

A Thank You for Your Referral

As a thank you for connecting a client with our LTC team, you'll receive a $100 referral fee once the referred policy has remained active for 90 days. Please note that short-term care policies are not eligible for the referral fee.
