2027 sales and enrollment materials for Highmark Wholecare in Pennsylvania and Highmark Health Options Duals in Delaware and West Virginia are available through Fineline.
What's Available Now
English brochures, benefit matrices, and thank you cards for PA, WV, and DE are available now, and Spanish versions are coming soon. Additional customizable sales resources will continue to be added to the Fineline shopping cart, so check back often.
How to Order on Fineline
Log in to the Producer Portal.
Select Fineline under Producer Resources.
Select Marketing Materials, then Shopping Cart from the dropdown menu.
Enter your email and password for the shopping cart.
Select the state that matches the region you're ordering for, then use the filters on the left to narrow by material type and English or Spanish.
D-SNP Pharmacy Network and Benefits
Highmark notes that Connecture and the Medicare Plan Finder may show inaccurate 2027 pharmacy network information, so use the 2027 D-SNP Pharmacy Network chart from the Product Guide. D-SNP benefit overviews and SSBCI qualification paths are in Highmark's 2027 AEP Digital Agent Sales Resource.
