Highmark's Digital Agent Sales Resource brings everything together in one place: Medicare Advantage breakdowns for PA, WV, and DE, a guide to Special Enrollment Periods, Medigap details, D-SNP and SSBCI highlights for Highmark Wholecare and Highmark Health Options, an overview of Blue Edge Balance (a new-for-2027 flexible dental, vision, and hearing coverage option), termination FAQs, and key contacts.

2027 Plan Documents on the Producer Portal
Highmark has uploaded 2027 Medicare Advantage and D-SNP plan documents to the Producer Portal, including region-specific documents and ones you can use across the footprint: the Pre-enrollment Checklist, Appointment of Representative, Notice of Nondiscrimination, Scope of Appointment, Agent Field Guide, Product Guide, Notice to Applicant, Annual Notice of Change, Evidence of Coverage, Plan Availability Map, Provider/Pharmacy Directory, Summary of Benefits, and Paper Application.
Log in to the Producer Portal at producer.highmark.com.
Select Medicare Dashboard.
Under Producer Resources, select Plan Documents.
Select 2027 Agent Resources.

Highmark has finalized its 2027 Medicare Advantage and PDP premiums with LIS, with charts broken down by state, region, county, and plan.

12/31 Plan Terminations in Your Book of Business
MA members enrolled in plans terminating December 31, 2026 now show that end date in your Highmark Portal Book of Business. Your FMO also received a complete list of impacted members. If you can't access your Book of Business or have questions about affected members, contact The Brokerage Inc.
