Complete your 2027 Imperial ACA Certification before you sell any 2027 plans.
The 2027 Open Enrollment Period is approaching! It is important to complete your 2027 Imperial ACA Certification to remain compliant and eligible to receive commissions.
IMPORTANT: You must complete your certification BEFORE selling any 2027 plans. Failure to do so will result in commissions being held until certification is complete.
How to complete your 2027 Imperial Certification
Log in to the Imperial Agent Portal.
Select 2027 from the dropdown menu.
Click ACA and complete all required training.
Upload the required documents.
Submit your attestation.
Reminder: Complete this process for each state where you are licensed and plan to sell.

Required Documents:
Active State Insurance License(s): Imperial verifies licenses through NIPR (National Insurance Producer Registry).
Errors & Omissions (E&O) Insurance: Must be current.
2027 FFM Certification: Proof of completion.
Nevada Health Link Certification: Required if you plan to sell in Nevada.
Important for Nevada agents: You must provide proof of Nevada Health Link Certification before Imperial can approve you to market and sell plans in Nevada.
CE credit incentive
The first 100 appointed and active Imperial agents through The Brokerage Inc. will receive CE credit for one class (up to 12 hours). To qualify, email a screenshot showing your Imperial Certification completion to [email protected].
Your screenshot must include your name and license number, and the status must show Approved for FFM, License, and E&O.
