HealthSherpa is making it easier to prepare clients for enrollment by allowing agents to collect consent, PY26 authorization, and PY27 authorization in a single request instead of sending separate requests.

Send Authorization Requests in Spanish
HealthSherpa automatically sends authorization requests in English or Spanish based on the language listed on the client’s Marketplace application. The request and authorization page appear in the same language. Spanish support for bulk requests is coming soon.
Track Authorization Status in Exports
A new authorization_status field shows each client’s current authorization status:
Agent accounts: Available in the Clients export
Agency accounts: Available in the Enrollment export
PY26 applications: Available now
PY27 applications: Status will be available when open enrollment begins
