New Devoted Health Medicare Enrollment Confirmation SMS: What Applicants Need to Know

Devoted Health is introducing a new enrollment confirmation text message to help Medicare applicants clearly confirm their coverage choices.

Effective July 28th, 2026, all Devoted Health Medicare Advantage applicants will receive an enrollment confirmation SMS after Devoted Health receives their application. This added step is designed to ensure that every individual clearly understands the change to their Medicare coverage and has another chance to confirm their intent.

What the New SMS Will Say

The message applicants receive will read:

Hi [first name], this is Devoted Health. We got an application for you to join our Medicare Advantage plan starting [effective date]. This would replace any current Medicare coverage. Does this sound right to you?

Applicants can reply 1 or CONFIRM if they want to join, or 2 or MISTAKE if they did not mean to switch plans.

It is important to inform every applicant about this SMS step while completing their enrollment. Setting this expectation helps them recognize the message when it arrives, understand that it is part of the official process, and know that it is an additional opportunity to confirm their decision.
