Your Devoted AEP Checklist: 5 Things to Know Now
2027 crosswalks, pre-AEP rules, digital enrollment kits, hearing aid coverage, and October SNP webinars
AEP opens October 15, and Devoted's latest updates touch almost every part of your prep: which clients are moving to new plans, what you can and can't do this week, where your enrollment materials are, which hearing aid benefit to highlight, and how to stay current on 2027 SNPs. Missing any one of them can mean a confused client call or an application flagged for review.
Here are the five things Devoted wants you to know before AEP, starting with the 2027 crosswalks. On January 1, 2027, members in select Devoted plans in Arizona, Florida, Louisiana, Oregon, and Pennsylvania will be automatically crosswalked to new 2027 plans. No broker action is needed, and their 2026 coverage stays active through December 31, 2026.
Who's Being Crosswalked
Depending on the plan, the crosswalk applies to all members or only select members:
Arizona (Pima County): All members of Devoted Core 016 AZ (HMO) move to Devoted Core 021 AZ (HMO).
Florida: QMB+, SLMB+, and FBDE members of Devoted Dual Plus (HMO D-SNP) plans in markets including the Panhandle, Central Florida, Greater Orlando, Greater Jacksonville, Greater Tampa Bay, Southwest Florida, Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach move to Devoted Dual Full (HMO D-SNP) plans.
Louisiana (Baton Rouge and New Orleans): Full dual members of Devoted Dual Choice 004 LA (PPO D-SNP) move to Devoted Dual Choice Full 015 LA, and QMB members move to Devoted Dual Choice QMB 025 LA.
Oregon: Members of Devoted Core, Giveback, and Premium (HMO) plans move to new 2027 versions of those plans, depending on the county they live in.
Pennsylvania (Berks, Philadelphia, and Lehigh Valley): All members of Devoted Choice Premium 002 PA (PPO) move to Devoted Choice 007 PA (PPO).
The crosswalk guide lists every 2026 and 2027 plan with its contract ID and the markets or counties it covers.
Find Affected Clients in the Agent Portal
In the Devoted Agent Portal, go to the Clients tab. Affected members are marked with a warning icon. Open a member's profile for plan-specific details and links to their Annual Notice of Change (ANOC).
Know the Rules Before October 15
Between October 1 and 14, you can meet with beneficiaries, discuss Devoted's benefits, and compare plan options. You can't submit AEP enrollments until October 15, and applications received before then that show agent involvement will be flagged for enrollment review.

Hearing Aid Coverage on Every Plan
Every Devoted plan includes the TruHearing® benefit, with a $0 hearing exam and hearing aid copays well below retail. Clients on 2026 plans can use it today.
Know the design: Advanced and Premium hearing aid copays differ by plan, and some D-SNP markets offer Standard aids at $0. Copays vary by plan design.
Premium technology: Smartphone connectivity, tinnitus therapy, speech enhancement, and TruHearing 7 Plus on Signia IX.
A point of difference: Devoted notes that while some PPO carriers are cutting hearing aid coverage, every Devoted plan still includes it.
