CommunityCare 2027: What to Do Before AEP
Recertification, LIS premium changes, new enrollment options, and the support you'll need this selling season
Some of your CommunityCare LIS clients may have a monthly premium in 2027. If that shows up on their first bill instead of in a conversation with you, you're starting the year with a frustrated client and a retention problem.
CommunityCare has several changes and deadlines Oklahoma agents need to know before October 15, from recertification and enrollment options to benefit updates and a final AEP checklist webinar. Here's what to do now.
Recertify and Confirm You're Ready to Sell
Recertification is required for all lines of business to sell for plan year 2027. Agents and agencies each complete a separate recertification case for every line of business they're appointed to sell, and each case only takes a few minutes.
Log in to EvolveNXT at https://ccok.evolvenxt.com/.
Go to My Credentials, then My Certification Cases.
Click START on your recertification case and complete each step. The case verifies your personal information, license, and E&O.
Click Submit, then select Go To Training to complete your brief product training.
Once your certification and training are complete, you're considered ready to sell for 2027. Check your Ready-to-Sell status in EvolveNXT, and make sure any required contracting or licensure items are done.
Review Your LIS Clients Now
For 2027, CommunityCare's LIS premium reduction is $11, which may result in some LIS members having a monthly premium. CommunityCare asks agents to proactively review impacted members and help identify the best option for 2027. That may mean moving to an available $0 premium MAPD plan when appropriate, while retaining your AOR, or helping the member set up a premium payment method through CommunityCare.
Phone Enrollment Is No Longer Available
Effective September 30, 2026, broker-assisted enrollments through CommunityCare's internal phone enrollment channel are no longer available. Use the other enrollment options, including SunFire and paper applications.
2027 Benefit Changes to Review with Members
OTC is moving to a retail card. The OTC benefit will transition to a retail card, giving members a more convenient way to access eligible OTC items.
The fitness benefit is ending. The fitness benefit will no longer be offered in 2027, so review updated plan benefits with members during AEP.
Order Your 2027 Materials
Request CommunityCare enrollment materials and supplies through the Broker Material Order Form, and CommunityCare's team will coordinate fulfillment.
Join the October 13 Broker Success Academy
CommunityCare's regular training programs pause until 2027, but the monthly Broker Success Academy continues through AEP. Each session combines Fast Start basics on products, tools, and support with a monthly featured topic and live Q&A with the broker team, so it works for new and experienced agents alike.
Next session: Tuesday, October 13, 2026 at 10:00 AM [CONFIRM: time zone]
Topic: AEP Ready: Your Final Checklist, covering your certifications, tools, materials, book of business, and follow-up strategy
Register using the form below, and CommunityCare will email you the Teams meeting link.
CommunityCare also hosts smaller, invite-only events throughout the year focused on market insights and relationship-building. If you'd like to be considered, reach out to your CommunityCare Market Representative.
Commissions and Book of Business in EvolveNXT
Every agent and agency has its own EvolveNXT login. If you own your own agency, you'll have one account as the agent and one for the agency. Log in through the broker landing page by selecting "Broker Login," then "Broker Management Platform - EvolveNXT," or go directly to https://ccok.evolvenxt.com/.
Agent accounts can view the agent's book of business and can view commission statements if the agent is contracted directly. Agents who are LOA to an agency cannot view their statements.
Agency accounts can view the agency statement, including LOA agents' commissions and FMO overrides if applicable, and the books of business for all downline agents. An agency can assign a Principal Agent, who can switch from their agent account to the agency account, but not the other way around.
