Community Health Choice DualCare's 2027 Upgrades

Community Health Choice DualCare's 2027 Upgrades

October 09, 2026•3 min read

Up to a $220 monthly Combined Wallet, $4,500 in dental, a new Harris County FIDE plan, and up to $245 a year in member rewards

Your dual-eligible clients judge a plan by what shows up in their everyday lives: groceries, the electric bill, a ride to the doctor, a new pair of glasses. For 2027, Community Health Choice's Community DualCare plans put more into exactly those things.

Flex and OTC spending are now one Combined Wallet, several benefit categories have increased, Harris County has a new fully integrated plan, and a new Rewards & Incentives Program gives members another reason to stay on top of preventive care.
