ACTION REQUIRED BY JULY 31, 2026: Producer Experience Portal Transition
The transition to the Producer Experience Portal (PEP) for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of IL, MT, NM, OK and TX National Accounts is nearly complete.
Individual & Family Markets (IFM) producers have already transitioned following the retirement of RPP earlier this month. IFM producers who also write Medicare business need to complete their PEP registration before the Medicare transition deadline on July 31, 2026.
